Is It a Good Idea to Remodel a House?

i'm trying to describe the difference between the two types of architecture iam thinking about. One type would be more like a work of art. And you conceiving it as an art work, as an experiment,. You're trying something gong t put out there in the world to see what happens. I don't know if it's so much about lasting or not. I bean, ecause it will last, and, you know, you should use materials that are responsibly sorce and all that kind of stuff. But maybe it's more about what's the priority of the thing? What is the main purpose and the focus of it?
