There had been a 10 or 15 year run, you know, since the last recession of like, haven't seen a recession only up into the right, everything great. I think we saw this in the pandemic, particularly among employees in their twenties and thirties. There's something about that to me that unfortunately, I think we've gotten to this societal like, you're not expecting a bump in the road. You're not expecting it to go wrong.
