Histamine Intolerance
histamine intolerance is a situation. We have all of these foods that contain histamine, and then typically these are foods that are usually aged or fermented. And if we don't have adequate amounts of diaminoxidase, then what's going to happen is the histamine that's in the food is going to be absorbed into our bloodstream. It can also exert just more inflammatory effect in the gut. That's the difference, histamine intolerance versus histamine dysregulation.
