Parking Scholarship

Donald shoop is a professor of parking scholarship at the University of California, San Francisco. He says s f park has been in place for more than a year and so far it seems to be working. The price of street parking fell overall but some spots were still overpriced he says. Shoop: "I think we'll learn much from this carefully controlled experiment"
