The Importance of Target Size in Design

Target size is not something new. It's been in the WCAG guidelines for a while. There are situations where you can be allowed to meet the criteria or not fail the criteria despite having smaller target sizes. Nilsen Norman did some research a little while ago talking about 2019, and they're a touch target on touch screens. They're one centimeter by one centimeter for interactive elements to support.
