When we look at the whole thing kind of in retrospect, it does seem pretty clear that there are some dynamics associated with economic growth and development and population.Mosley: It appears that the advent of modern medicine and modern knowledge in the beginning does cause very rapid population growth,. especially in poor and rural countries.
