The Problem With Oversight in the Interior Department
I believe that every program should be looked at and Congress should say, what are we trying to accomplish here? And if we're not, maybe we ought to think about doing this program differently or improving it. At the end of the day, interior is organized pretty much the same way it's beenorganized since the very beginning of time. I know each president comes to office wanting to put his own stamp on the policies but what could an administration do to help ensure some stability from one administration to the next?
