How Did Bob Peters Get You Into Weight Training?

i was a skinny kid scape border. I kept breaking my bones, this kind of thing. So i started doing some weight training and running. And those two things really taught me that there wasn't always a direct and linear relation between effort and reward,. But with physical fitness, it's about as good as it gets, right? You're developing skills, but you're really training the mind to learn. It doesn't have to be done in the context of academics. Although i do believe that cultivating the mind and the body is good; i wish i'd done more of it when i was younger.
