In verse 17 and 18, when the poor and needy seek water and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, i the lord will hear them. In fact, what will he do? I will open rivers in high places. And if you live in a very arid or desert terrain, like ancient jerusalem, then this one speaks to the soul as well. You're going to give me. This is the woman at the well trying to get some water out, and jesus speaks to her of living water. Same kind of concept.
