Using a Self Served Model in Product Marketing

Vidyard is a good example of a company that had a sales mark in led business, and then a attached on a fremium, let go to market. They built a kind of self served model. The thing that happens where you're a product led is that you have weig more teams involved,. So you have marketing, sales, product engineering. And i'm from a sofer background, softe developent background, but i still thought one of the kind of eye opening things me was, you need to work on speaking the same language around the metrics that you think matter.
