Sebi's circulars are getting more and more prescriptive. For finfluencers, this means that they will have no room for interpretation of the law. This is because entities regulated by Sebi will not be allowed to do business with non-regulated entities like finfluencers. If they give inducements, which is if they make false promises about money, it will be considered a crime. Being under Sebi is something that comes with a long list of do's and don'ts.
