What Are the People You're Trying to Build This Thing For?
Start with the people who are you actually trying to serve? Whatare who are you trying to build this thing for? When you get a good sense of that, you can then say, ok, as it relates to me, as it relates to us, what is their problem that we can solve? And then from there come come up with the product. Not start with the product and then hope you find the people, but start with the people and then build to the product.
