We find that we can think that there'se just lots of emotions. We talk about afflicting emotion and how difficult it is for us to a, you know, experience and pay attention to and be with the emotion that is more painful. But those emotions are often tied themselves to other experiences that equally have as much joy that's related to them. And so if i cut off certain motion, i might also find myself cutting off vast swaths of other motion as well.
