Gaja: Our lives are a never ending series of heroes journeys. At any point you could be at the low pointu, as you're going through this, your low points are actually higher than your high points were previously in life. So what we got to do is keep that perspective of where we are in this particular stage of a hero's journey and get ready for the next level. I use an example for myself, men.
