Psychiatrist says we have to adapt psychoanalysis to this. We're going to have to come to terms with their absolute desirousness, malice envy and wished for the others evisceration. What does coming to terms with that mean sort of integrating it and not feeling shame over it? I think recognizing it, making a place for it.
