Is This a Direct Threat to Xi Jinping's Administration?

Xi Jinping is our veteran diplomacy expert at the South China Morning Post. This is just over one month since Xi Jinping took on a historic third term. Are they really pushing for regime change or this is really targeting to the zero-covid policy? I think it largely depends on how you categorize those protesters because we're seeing varying degrees of demands.
