What's the Value of Community Builders?
Community builders might be the only people who are higher leverage than programmers or designers. Community has compounding effects like let's say you're a developer right you're running a product. If you get sick tomorrow and you can't code for a week nothing's going to happen. It's just the code will stop being written it's not going to write itself. The outbound process is going to stop working for us if we actually try to sell to someone in our community instead of cold emailing them. And that's like cold emails don't close deals people close deals and community is how you scale people.
