I think this is probably the major reason why ice baths have become so huge. People are yearning for doing something hard and it's funny because in ice bath, if we really break it down, it's an easy way to do something hard, if that makes sense. It's almost like Jordan Peterson, how he talks about how when he speaks to a crowd, how people are really excited when they hear him talk about taking responsibility for things. Like they're yearning for it. And then like you carry that with you the whole day. I don't even think you're supposed to do it for a long period of time, but you get in, you like you deal with it
