How to Optimize Your Onboarding Strategy
We write out a lot of resources we created video resources written resources so like opposed to just jumping on a call with a hiring manager during onboarding or direct direct manager where they verbally explain things. A role literally cannot be opened without approval from executive leadership and one of the things that is required to get approval is that the hiring manager needs to have put in a 30 60 90 day plan clearly defining how they're gonna onboard the employee. We also recommend that those hiring managers have their hiring goal as a core performance metric it just can't just fall on talent acquisition because if the hiring managers are not bought in it won't work.
