The European Data Protection Board's View on the Right of Access
I think the right of access is really a core data subject rights link to fundamental rights. So I would have liked to see it more strongly in the principles. Is that the only one that should improve? No. This whole question about automated decision making. I think there needs to be resolved in a better manner. Sorry we're just getting a little bit distracted by your cat. It's not your data. It's our data. You're being nosy. Which I know is completely contrary to how it's supposed to be and completely opposite to how Europe would like it to be.
