Gaceso: As a general rule, thisin porate where you live, because you can have to pay taxes there anyways. You might as well have some liability protection. Ad like when you incorporate in another state from where you are first, there are a lot of document kind of hoops that you have to jump through. So i think for simplicitys sake, specially if you're a small corporation, small to medi um business, it's always better to just stay in your own state.
