i love bringing up exercising versus training, just like everyone's just been exercising te whole bunch. The only reason that people look a certain way and certain people look inother ways is because they're exercising. I think people can really get away with doing random shit in the beginning. This is why you have a lot of people who come in across from the beginning to have these amazing results. But then eventually, after a year, they startto like, platteau out. And it's not even close to a cross fit competitive training programme. A professional body builder who's facking 250 pounds shredded on stage doesn't even work out nearly as much as a cross bilder.
