CHAPTER

The Effects of Dairy on LDL

About 20 percent of our calories are added fats that cheese makes you do. Butter is not going to be healthy compared to plant oils like olive oil or canola oil or soy bean oil butter tends to have even a worse effect on LDL rightCompared to cheese my understanding was that was because of how refined it is that milk fat globule gets broken down and  it would have a more deleterious effect. One serving a day is a pretty reasonable number to aim for that's what i do but probably mostly in the form of yogurt which does look like it may be a little bit better than other forms of dairy foods possibly because of them micro biome effects.
