There is an interesting philosophical thread in that as well, which is your describing the making of software as an expression. And then if making software is, in a way speech, and we have this kind of massive economic machine on which it is dered, economic freedom is part of that freedom of speech, you know. So let's say we enacted the theory in protocol. Verbally. It would be like me saying, hey, you know what i think is, anybody who cryptographically makes a statement, you know, i would uphold the policy of the statement they made.
