What's Going on in Your Customers?
If you're in market, youe got a reasonable traction out there, you can often squeeze a lot of this information out of the sales wraps. I find the customer research really helps you dig in. Want to confirm the who, but then figure out one of the real reasons why. Sometimes what we hav is some gold buried in our product that customers don't really understand. And so there does, i think, also need to be some vel of like, let's objectively lean back and us inside the company look at who do we stack up against?
