Disney's Sell Order: Why I Sold Disney

Disney posted a loss of 659 million versus a loss of 841 million the year before. Over the past five years, in total, it's down 10.8%, and the stock price is down now where it was during the COVID lows. Is this a phenomenal company, a high quality compounder on sale, or is it a company that's struggling that deserves to be trading at this price?
