There's a lot of pressure on young people to get into the right school. Too much too soon, whether it's burnout is a very big issue in most modern day sporting systems. We've got high potential athletes who are still learning their skillswho need to have a life outside of this. The last players that are at the center of this conversation are the players who are experiencing conditions within those age plans.
