Do You Think China Will Overtake the US?
Do you think we will all end up living under the same sort of governmental regimes as Chinese citizens are now? Or do you think that populations enjoying freedoms and civil liberties can be a bulwark against the exploitation of the Chinese Communist Party model of governance? If China achieves a superpower status and then exercises its influence more broadly, obviously, it would represent a threat to an extent to the way we live. And so in 10, 20, 30 years, I think it'll be a real problem for the West. But Mike said something important that, you know, this is a 100-year contest, and it may turn amfall right.
