Inquiry is as important as self inquiry as it is other inquiry. Most coaching has identified through Goldman's research when he did the Harvard article back in 2000 that I would if we were to coach today. The teaching part of that taught me how to take my intuition that I was using and turn that into a model that other people could do it. If you can't give actionable advice for a coach then there are 16 things to go with them.

Welcome to Voices from the Middle, Mike Jay is a colleague who has been a professional coach since 1988. He used to live in the great state of Texas, but has moved on. Mike has really surpassed the Gladwell test of mastery and exceeded the 10,000 hours of coaching other people. He has been working with training coaches in 45 different countries. 1000s of coaches have been trained by Mike at this point and he has written a couple of books on coaching, one of them is called "Coach 2 the Bottom Line" in 1999.
