Dina Hayes-Green is managing director of REI. We've heard from her and her colleague Suzanne Plissik several times in the series. Catherine Foster was reflecting while driving in her car after the first day of a racial equity institute's anti-racism workshop last winter. I loaned Catherine a recorder and asked her to share some of her thoughts. She says she tries to look at getting ahead from a positive standpoint, but sees people that don't have advantage.
