The Importance of Companion Animals in Pet Food
There's a crisis of trust in this world. No one's really trusting professions anymore, but the number one question that people ask me is what should I feed my dog cat rabbit or whatever? We have to think about their preferences. If we're underfeeding them, there are real issues in terms of welfare. And as vets, we have to be careful too, not to say, well, I think you should feed this brand of food because there's a conflict of interest there. Trust and confidence are things we all need to work together on.
