Craft Essays and Craft Books Are Not Prescriptive

I think what's interesting about craft essays and craft books is that they're not prescriptive. They often have elements of personal experience, ha memoirs, built into them as well. And partly because i was writing this book while i was writing my last novel, which also features can have orte fictional elements in it. This little overlap between those two spaces turn helay, i suspect, for me in this book.
