Do We Go Wehave Too Fina Lists?

The aggregation problem is huge. I would imagine a team character and a hoe bunch of other things, exactly. And then how you would weigh them would vary based on the individual candidate too. So i actually had this question posed by a sports team last year that was hiring a head coach. Do we go with the coach who scored higher in intelligence, or the coach who is more of a giver?I don't know what the right answer to that is. But the coach, they eneded up choosing the coach with the higher intelligence score and firing that coach at, i think, at the end of the seasonorr shortly thereafter.
