The Soviet Union and the Windmill
In the early 1930s, a farm in Russia was suffering from famine. The owner Napoleon wanted to get extra grain for 400 chicken eggs per week. He made a deal with a neighboring human run farm but when they refused he cut all of their food supplies and nine chickens died as a result. This led him to believe that snowball had sabotaged the windmill so he sentences snowball to death in absentia. In reality it was actually snowman who smashed the windmill into pieces.
