Spiritual Life Needs to Precede Spiritual Actions
When someone believes, it's because they've already been born again. They think that they're choosing, and in a sense, they are choosing, but they've been made able to choose. And so they've been born again of the Spirit of God without their permission. Just the same way that you were born without your permission and your natural birth, you are born again without your permission in your spiritual birth.
