After the break up with ben, if you looked at an organizational chart, my name was in every single box, apart from book keeping. And that was a huge challenge. That was a goal to recreate that organizational chart when my name was only in the c o box, not in any of the others. It took hard workan a a number of years to hire the right people, build the right systems.
