Introduction
Natasha picowitz is the former pastry chef at Flor bar and ultra parody so who now helms the acclaimed pop up never ending taste in New York. She organizes mega bake sales raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for reproductive health justice makes what are frankly the coolest pastries I've ever seen think crackly show you peanut cookies or cakes crowned with radicchio instead of flowers. Eliza Barbano has long awaited Natasha to create a cookbook so she can attempt even some of that energy at home.
