The Difference Between Pension Bonds and Supers
CNN's John Defterios takes a closer look at the debate over funding retirement. He asks whether people are funded from their own savings or taxpayers' money. But he says it doesn't actually matter economically, as long as they're not spending on goods and services that could have been spent by them instead of buying assets off others. 'As I spend, I'm a burden because someone had to give me money for me to spend,' defterios writes.
