The Ukrainian Counter-Refensive Is Underway and Shroygu Is Not 100% Committed to It
Russian state yeah thanks for laying that out and I think and obviously this is not the first time they've clashed and probably won't be the last but the fact that this dynamic is escalating even further. The biggest challenge to Russia's presence in Ukraine which is the Ukrainian counter-refensive which has been on the horizon all this time and now it's starting to roll out. From the Russian perspective you could not have picked a worse time for Shroygu to try and you know flex a little bit more muscle so maybe makes Ukraine's job a little bit easier.
