How Does the Annealing Algorithm Work?
The annealing quantum computer solves the problem of finding a low point in a multi-dimensional landscape. If there have been some errors introduced, right, or some lost coherence in the system, then at the end of the annealing algorithm, you might not be at the optimal solution. So what do you do? You restart, you run theAnnealing Quantum Computer again from where you left off. The more qubits and the more connectivity, the larger problem we can fit into the quantum computer to run the annealed algorithm on it.
