The Importance of a Botany Major
I grew up in a row house pretty disconnected from nature what part of Philly was from? North West Philadelphia an area called West Oakland that orders on Elkins Park. My dad's from Ridley Park okay Philadelphia was a nice place to grow up and once I left the hard labor went back but you know I think from an early age I got from my mother a love of plants which was something she got from her mother. Her mother really had a great green thumb and so I think that eventually led me to be a botany major. But now as for being a major in botany I should say when I entered Harvard I really had no idea what I wanted to do and I was interested in
