Teachers are facing some of the biggest challenges in 20 22. Find a way to become accountable for your gols. Ray, you know, try to understand that even though you're not a native speaker, it doesn't mean that you're not worthy or no qualified. Are we going to focus on students who speak second language and help them learn English? If it's adults, ok, where do we go from there? I don't kno if i'll be able to get through this whole season without getting burnt out at least once.
