What is best for the runner is constantly evolving so it's a constantly evolving topic with many different facets factors angles evidence and a splash of evangelistic attitude to further confuse the hell out of everyone. I think one of the things that drives me a bit crazy here is that there is a perception that there might be one common factor here that works for all people. That's the great untruth you know that there is nothing that's going to work for everybody it's not footwear it's not gate retraining it's not rehab that there there are no one set rules that're going toWork for every athlete because the human organism is incredibly varied so it can't possibly work that way.
