Is There a Good Labor Market?
Inflation isn't actually because of the demand stimulus, i think we would have had it anyway. I don't see a situation where workers are demanding excessive salary increases and that is forcing companies to put up prices. Total spending in the economy is about where you would have predicted it to be. Spending on goods is still some 20 percent above where you'd expect it to be; service is correspondingly lower.
