I'm a very utilitarian, like, I feel like part of my job is almost like, I think Gary V said. If you're going to be on video all the time, having a nice camera and a good backdrop set up so that you look like you're in a cool space isn't enough. Having high quality audio is such a game changer for the way that people perceive the quality of your service. That's why companies spend millions of dollars on logos. It's not because they needed to hire Aerosmith to play their show. It's because somebody said, wow, Salesforce could afford Aerosmith. They must be really successful. Right?
