open is doing a challenge in january where we can all do this together. You can do the classes alive or on demand, but it's 31 days of presence. So instead of beating yourself up and saying, oh, my god, i didn't work out in 20 21, i'm going to have to clean out my entire frige and go to the hardest classes possible and beat myself up in 20 22. That's not the move. And that's actually really unsustainable, and it won't even be fun.
