The glue that's holding you together still when everything else is falling apart the glue that holds you together is a it's being a doctor. Liz: I think medicine can be quite a shaming place actually um and one of the treatments is people in support groups AA narcotics anonymous and everything else so sorry i'm sorry i don't know thank you so much for your time. Ruth: Addiction really at the end is a condition of isolation and especially if you think you're the only doctor with it and you're full of shame you're not going to be predisposed to talking to people or getting help.
