Frida Ghitis: Anger in particular is the kind of thing that is often experienced here. She says people just kind of feel a rage, right? And become detached for the reason and want to nourish it. Ghitis: When we mull over situations, continuing to look at something only from our own perspective doesn't help. It's good to distinguish emotional response and then the volitional response when someone hurts you.
