The Challenges of Women of Color in the Workplace

Inclusive sponsorship is all about branching out beyond the people that look and feel like you. For women of color, imposter syndrome has become almost a pebble in my shoe when we hear the word "inspiration" I also think this topic around access to mentorship and sponsorship is another challenge that faces women. We're at a point where we need to start changing the narrative and the conversation around it.
