Are We Succeeding in That Culture?
i think we have a culture where a lot of people are not looking at themselves and saying, oh, i could be a founder of a company ecause they grow up in a company. They don't have roll models for that. The reason i wrote this essay is to kind of draw attention to this and say, e like we to promote these people so that the people who could follow in their footsteps see those people's romancs,.
